A website submission is a preliminary inquiry only. It is not an application for credit, a commitment to lend, or an approval of financing.

Do not send identification documents, bank statements, or other sensitive financial information through an initial website submission unless REDLending specifically requests them through an approved channel.

If you submit information through a broker, we record the broker’s identity, the applicable disclosure version, and the date and time the submission was accepted. The broker is responsible for having authority to provide the information and submit it to REDLending.

We do not condition a submission or financing inquiry on consent to receive automated calls or marketing text messages. A submission does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive automated calls or marketing texts.

If we seek consent for automated calls or marketing texts, we will request that consent separately and identify the applicable phone number, communication type, and opt-out method.

Our website may use analytics, advertising, targeted-advertising, UTM attribution, and similar technologies. These technologies may use cookies, pixels, scripts, or similar tools and may involve third-party providers.

We do not currently use advertising technology, advertising cookies, or advertising-provider transfers. If those practices are introduced, they will be subject to the choices and opt-out mechanisms described in this policy and on the Your Privacy Choices page.

UTM attribution helps us understand the source of an inquiry and is not, by itself, a sale of personal information or targeted advertising.
